We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All orders will take approximately 9-10 business days to process. Delivery to the United States takes approximately 10 - 20 business days, while international delivery takes approximately 10 - 30 business days to carry out (except Brazil, Russia, Mexico which takes 15-35 working days) Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from New Zealand Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Once the order is shipped. please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system, you will receive an email with your tracking number at that time. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period. you can track your order at your country's post website or from our website.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
